# Peqo

> Peqo is an AI-native platform that unifies HR, payroll and cap table (equity) management for growing companies. One data model links every employee's contract, pay and equity, so events like a new hire, an exit or a stock-option exercise update every system at once. AI handles the work in between: answering questions, extracting documents, checking payroll and drafting workflows for a human to approve.

Peqo is in private beta, starting with companies in Germany. Pricing is tailored to team size and modules, and is available on request.

## AI capabilities

- Ask Peqo: an assistant that answers questions in plain language across HR, payroll and cap table records, cites the records it used, and enforces the asker's permissions at retrieval time.
- Document intelligence: extracts employment contracts, equity grant letters (ESOP/VSOP) and cap table spreadsheets into structured records, with per-field confidence and human review of uncertain fields.
- Pre-run payroll checks: detect anomalies before each payroll run by comparing it against HR records, equity events and past runs.
- Event workflows: when someone joins, leaves or exercises options, Peqo drafts every downstream change across HR, payroll and the cap table for a person to approve.

Customer data is never used to train shared models. Every AI action that changes data requires human approval and is written to an audit trail.
