How we handle personal data on this website.

1. Who is responsible
The controller under the GDPR is Peqo, Germany. You can find full contact details in our Imprint, or email hello@peqo.app.
2. What we collect and why
- Early-access requests. When you submit the form, we store your name, work email, company, team size and message so we can reply to you. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Server logs. Our host processes IP address, browser and time of request to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies, we measure page views and interactions with PostHog's EU cloud. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25 TTDSG).
We do not sell personal data, use advertising trackers or use website data to train AI models.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary is stored until you make a choice in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie Settings” in the footer.

4. Service providers
We use the following processors under data processing agreements. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Vercel Inc.: Website hosting and delivery (EU/US · Standard Contractual Clauses)
- PostHog Inc. (EU Cloud): Website analytics, only with your consent (EU (Frankfurt))
- Loops (Mailmagic Inc.): Storing early-access requests and replying to them (US · Standard Contractual Clauses)
- Google Fonts: Serving web fonts (EU/US · Standard Contractual Clauses)
5. Retention
Early-access requests are kept for as long as we are in conversation, and deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact unless a customer relationship follows. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Email hello@peqo.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
7. The Peqo platform
This policy covers the website. Data that customers process in the Peqo platform is governed by the customer's data processing agreement with us. Customer data is never used to train shared AI models.
8. Changes
We will update this page when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
